Reading structures, managing dust, bringing things down safely — that judgement can't be taught in a classroom. Now you can get paid for it.

The Observer Programme pays experienced demolition operatives to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses. You do your normal work — we capture the expertise.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses (compatible with hard hats and respirators) while you work
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised — no faces, no voices, no identifying details

What you'll earn

€28–€42 per recorded hour

€112–€168 per recording day (based on ~4 hours)

€2,000–€2,800 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus. Extra earnings possible through referral bonuses.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of demolition experience
• Currently working — employed or freelance
• Hands-on work: manual demolition, mechanical demolition, asbestos removal
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All specialisms welcome: manual demolition operative, explosive demolition specialist, asbestos removal operative.

We provide everything

• Smart glasses — shipped to you, pre-configured (compatible with hard hats)
• Full onboarding and support (~30 minutes)
