Demining, blasting, pyrotechnics handling — your expertise in explosive ordnance is among the rarest and most valuable professional knowledge in the world.

The Observer Programme pays EOD and munitions operatives to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses during applicable work phases
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised

What you'll earn

€110–€180 per recorded hour | €4,000–€6,000 per month (based on 20 recording days)

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of EOD/munitions experience
• Currently working (civilian)
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All roles welcome: EOD technician (civilian demining), quarry shotfirer, demolition blaster, pyrotechnics handler.
