Picking, rekeying, installing access control — your hands solve problems most people can't. Now you can get paid for it.

The Observer Programme pays experienced locksmiths and security installers to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses while you work
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised — no faces, no voices, no identifying details

What you'll earn

€20–€28 per recorded hour

€80–€112 per recording day (based on ~4 hours)

€1,200–€1,800 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of locksmith or security systems experience
• Currently working — employed or self-employed
• Hands-on work: lock installation, rekeying, access control, CCTV
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All specialisms welcome: residential locksmith, commercial locksmith, access control installer, CCTV installation engineer.

We provide everything

• Smart glasses — shipped to you, pre-configured
• Full onboarding (~30 minutes)
