Mental Health Support Worker — Your Presence Makes the Difference

De-escalation, therapeutic engagement, crisis response — your calm expertise in difficult moments has real value.

The Observer Programme pays experienced mental health support workers to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses during your shift
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised — no patient/client faces, no voices, no identifying details

What you'll earn

€15–€18 per recorded hour

€60–€72 per recording day (based on ~4 hours)

€900–€1,100 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of mental health support experience
• Currently working — employed or agency
• Hands-on support work: therapeutic engagement, de-escalation, activity facilitation, observation
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All settings welcome: inpatient psychiatric ward, crisis resolution team, forensic mental health, community CMHT support.

We provide everything
