Mental Health Support Worker — Your Presence Makes the Difference

The Observer Programme pays experienced mental health support workers to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses.
How it works
- Wear smart glasses during your shift
- Record sessions from 30 minutes up
- Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
- Get paid per recorded minute
- All recordings are anonymised — no patient/client faces, no voices, no identifying details
What you'll earn
€15–€18 per recorded hour
€60–€72 per recording day (based on ~4 hours)
€900–€1,100 per month (based on 20 recording days)
First Observers earn a launch bonus.
What we're looking for
- 1+ years of mental health support experience
- Currently working — employed or agency
- Hands-on support work: therapeutic engagement, de-escalation, activity facilitation, observation
- Smartphone (iOS or Android)
All settings welcome: inpatient psychiatric ward, crisis resolution team, forensic mental health, community CMHT support.
