The Observer Programme pays nuclear decommissioning operatives to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses during applicable work phases
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised

What you'll earn

€110–€180 per recorded hour | €4,000–€6,000 per month (based on 20 recording days)

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of nuclear/decommissioning experience
• Currently working
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All roles welcome: glovebox operative, waste retrieval technician, radiation protection monitor, remote handling tool operator, decontamination operative.
