Visual inspection, measurement, NDT — your trained eye catches what others miss. That expertise has real value.

The Observer Programme pays quality control inspectors to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses while you work
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised

What you'll earn

€20–€28 per recorded hour

€80–€112 per recording day (based on ~4 hours)

€1,200–€1,800 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience
• Currently working
• Hands-on inspection work: visual checks, measurement, CMM operation, NDT
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All specialisms welcome: visual inspection operative, CMM operator, NDT technician, food safety inspector.

We provide everything

• Smart glasses — shipped to you, pre-configured
• Full onboarding (~30 minutes)
