Loading cargo, handling baggage, turning aircraft — your speed and precision keep flights on time. Now you can get paid for it.

The Observer Programme pays experienced airport ground handlers to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses during your shift
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised

What you'll earn

€28–€42 per recorded hour

€112–€168 per recording day (based on ~4 hours)

€2,000–€2,800 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of airport ground handling experience
• Currently working — employed or contract
• Hands-on ramp or cargo work
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All specialisms welcome: baggage handler, air cargo handler, ramp agent, aircraft turnaround coordinator.

We provide everything

• Smart glasses — shipped to you, pre-configured
• Full onboarding (~30 minutes)
