Hotel Housekeeper — Your Standards Make the Stay

Room turnovers, linen management, spotless presentation — your efficiency and attention to detail have real value.

The Observer Programme pays hotel housekeepers to record their shifts using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses during your shift
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised — no guest faces, no voices

What you'll earn

€15–€18 per recorded hour | €900–€1,100 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of housekeeping experience
• Currently working
• Hands-on work: room cleaning, bed making, laundry, turndown service
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All roles welcome: room attendant, laundry operative, public areas cleaner, turn-down service operative.

We provide everything

• Smart glasses — shipped to you, pre-configured
• Full onboarding (~30 minutes)
