Press Operator — Your Machine Knowledge Has Real Value

Setting tools, adjusting parameters, running production — your process knowledge keeps output consistent. Now you can get paid for it.

The Observer Programme pays experienced press and moulding operators to record their shifts using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses during your shift
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised

What you'll earn

€15–€18 per recorded hour

€60–€72 per recording day (based on ~4 hours)

€900–€1,100 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of machine operating experience
• Currently working
• Hands-on work: setting, operating, monitoring production machinery
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All specialisms welcome: injection moulding setter-operator, stamping press operator, extrusion operative, blow moulding operator.

We provide everything

• Smart glasses — shipped to you, pre-configured
• Full onboarding (~30 minutes)
