Stock Controller — Your Accuracy Keeps Everything Moving

Counting, reconciling, locating, managing flow — your system knowledge keeps operations running. Now you can get paid for it.

The Observer Programme pays inventory and stock control workers to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses during your shift
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised

What you'll earn

€15–€18 per recorded hour

€60–€72 per recording day (based on ~4 hours)

€900–€1,100 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of stock control / inventory experience
• Currently working
• Hands-on work: stock counting, bin location management, goods receiving, reconciliation
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All settings welcome: retail stockroom, warehouse inventory, just-in-time manufacturing.

We provide everything

• Smart glasses — shipped to you, pre-configured
• Full onboarding (~30 minutes)
