Removals Operative — Strength, Care, and Efficiency

Wrapping, lifting, navigating staircases, loading vans — your physical skill gets everything there safely. Now you can get paid for it.

The Observer Programme pays experienced removals operatives to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses during your shift
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised

What you'll earn

€15–€18 per recorded hour

€60–€72 per recording day (based on ~4 hours)

€900–€1,100 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of removals experience
• Currently working
• Physical work: packing, lifting, loading, navigating difficult access
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All specialisms welcome: domestic removals, commercial office relocation, fine art and specialist removals.

We provide everything

• Smart glasses — shipped to you, pre-configured
• Full onboarding (~30 minutes)
