The Observer Programme pays aesthetic practitioners to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses during your sessions
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised — no client faces, no voices

What you'll earn

€28–€42 per recorded hour | €2,000–€2,800 per month (based on 20 recording days)

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of aesthetic/clinical experience
• Currently practising
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All specialisms welcome: laser tattoo removal technician, aesthetic nurse (injectables, skin treatments).

We provide everything

• Smart glasses, onboarding
