Cold Chain Operative — Keeping the Chain Unbroken

Working in freezing conditions, managing temperature-sensitive goods, maintaining the chain — your discipline has real value.

The Observer Programme pays cold chain operatives to record their shifts using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses (designed for cold environments) during your shift
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised

What you'll earn

€15–€18 per recorded hour

€60–€72 per recording day (based on ~4 hours)

€900–€1,100 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of cold chain/frozen logistics experience
• Currently working — employed or agency
• Hands-on work: picking, packing, or distributing in cold/frozen environments
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All specialisms welcome: frozen food distribution, pharmaceutical cold chain, blood and tissue logistics operative.

We provide everything
