Forklift Operator — Earn Extra Every Shift

Stacking high, navigating tight aisles, managing loads at speed — that spatial awareness has real value. Now you can get paid for it.

The Observer Programme pays experienced forklift operators to record their shifts using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses during your shift
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised

What you'll earn

€15–€18 per recorded hour

€60–€72 per recording day (based on ~4 hours)

€900–€1,100 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of forklift experience with valid licence
• Currently working — employed, agency, or temp
• Active forklift operation: counterbalance, reach, order picker, or specialist
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All types welcome: counterbalance forklift, reach truck operator, order picker (high-level), articulated forklift, side-loader operator.

We provide everything

• Smart glasses — shipped to you, pre-configured
• Full onboarding (~30 minutes)
