Print Operative — Your Press Knowledge Has Real Value

Colour matching, registration, finishing — your print expertise keeps quality consistent. Now you can get paid for it.

The Observer Programme pays printing operatives to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses while you work
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised

What you'll earn

€15–€18 per recorded hour | €900–€1,100 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of printing experience
• Currently working
• Hands-on work: press operation, colour adjustment, finishing
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All roles welcome: offset lithography press operator, digital large-format print operative, finishing (binding, cutting, laminating) operative.

We provide everything

• Smart glasses — shipped to you, pre-configured
• Full onboarding (~30 minutes)
