The Observer Programme pays retail and supermarket workers to record their shifts using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses during your shift
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised — no customer faces, no voices

What you'll earn

€15–€18 per recorded hour | €900–€1,100 per month (based on 20 recording days)

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of retail experience
• Currently working
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All roles welcome: shelf replenishment, self-checkout host, fresh counter operative, click-and-collect picker.
