Textile Machinist — Your Craft Keeps Fashion Moving

Operating industrial sewing machines, cutting fabric, maintaining quality at speed — your hand-eye coordination has real value.

The Observer Programme pays textile and garment machinists to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses while you work
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised

What you'll earn

€15–€18 per recorded hour | €900–€1,100 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of textile/garment production experience
• Currently working
• Hands-on work: sewing, cutting, quality finishing
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All roles welcome: industrial sewing machine operator, cutting room operative, quality checking and finishing.

We provide everything

• Smart glasses — shipped to you, pre-configured
• Full onboarding (~30 minutes)
