The Observer Programme pays experienced physiotherapists to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses. You continue your normal patient work — we capture what that expertise looks like.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses (lightweight, unobtrusive) during your sessions
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up — fits around your caseload
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what treatments and techniques you performed
• Get paid per recorded minute. The more you record, the more you earn
• All recordings are anonymised — no patient faces, no voices, no identifying details

Your clinical decisions stay yours. We record the physical expertise, not the patient relationship.

What you'll earn

You're paid per minute of accepted footage — on top of your regular income. Physiotherapy is a specialist profession and earns higher rates.

€28–€42 per recorded hour

€112–€168 per recording day (based on ~4 hours)

€2,000–€2,800 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers in a specialism or region earn a launch bonus. Extra earnings possible through referral bonuses and specialist recording tasks.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of clinical physiotherapy experience
• Currently practising — employed (NHS/hospital, private clinic) or self-employed
• Hands-on treatment work: manual therapy, mobilisation, exercise prescription, respiratory physio
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All specialisms welcome: musculoskeletal (outpatient), neurological rehab, respiratory/ICU physio, sports physio, paediatric physio.

We provide everything

• Full onboarding and support (~30 minutes)
