Sorting thousands of items per shift, hitting targets, keeping the flow moving — that efficiency has real value.

The Observer Programme pays postal and parcel sorting workers to record their shifts using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses during your shift
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised

What you'll earn

€15–€18 per recorded hour

€60–€72 per recording day (based on ~4 hours)

€900–€1,100 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of sorting/mail handling experience
• Currently working — employed or agency
• Hands-on work: sorting, scanning, inducting parcels
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All roles welcome: automated sortation operative, manual mail sorting, parcel induction operative.

We provide everything

• Smart glasses — shipped to you, pre-configured
• Full onboarding (~30 minutes)
